Educated at tolerable public schools and the finest non-ABA accredited yet Church of Christ affiliated part-time/night law school in the entire state of Alabama, I've managed to play lawyer, teacher, student, farm hand, activist/organizer, infantry soldier ... A recovering Southern Baptist, I'm almost a Buddhist Cowboy these days although a variant of Vonnegut's Bokononism might work. My dog tags read Unitarian Universalist. I suppose secular humanist might work as well as anything. Running from the law for nine plus years, I first did GTA work at Auburn and then spent the next five years with hormonal teenagers. Supressing my Scots enough to not strangle any kids, and indeed I learned much about patience and kindness, I taught various Social Studies preps in west Georgia public schools.
